The Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone will officially launch the China Online Visa Processing System on March 31st,2025. The website is: https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/. From that date, applicants for Chinese visas can enjoy the convenience of filling the application form and submitting all materials online. You are welcomed to visit the above-mentioned website for more information.
Applicants should log into the system using personal email registered account, fill out the application form online and upload application materials; after the application is passed online, the applicant can come to the embassy, presents the barcode of application form, submits passport, and collects biometric information such as fingerprints.
Starting from March 31st, 2025, the "China Online Visa Application " (https://cova.mfa.gov.cn/) will no longer be in use for our Embassy.
